The update for Destiny 2's Prophecy dungeon sees a couple of major changes — most notably, the Swift Verdict, Long Walk, and Last Breath weapons are no longer available, and they have been replaced by Relentless, Adjudicator, and Prosecutor. These weapons were previously earned exclusively from Trials of the Nine back in the early days of the game.
Darkest Before and Judgment also had their damage types changed. The former, which used to be Arc, is now Solar, while the latter that was once Kinetic is now Stasis. Both guns also come with new perks that make them more significantly more competitive in PvP compared to their previous iterations.
All Prophecy dungeon weapons now come with an Origin Trait called Crossing Over. It gives the weapons increased range and handling for the upper half of the magazine. Once the magazine reaches the lower half, the weapons gain increased damage instead.
Are The New Weapons Any Good?
All three of the reprised Trials of the Nine weapons boast solid stats across the board, and they each have decent perk pools for both PvE and PvP. Getting a good roll for these guns is going to be much more important now following nerfs to Destiny 2's subclasses. If you're wondering what rolls are good for each of these guns, here are a few to consider:
