The Prosecutor drops from encounters in the Prophecy dungeon, no matter if players run it on Exploration, Eternity, or Ultimatum, although the higher difficult levels have more chances for the weapon to drop with the Curated Perks, and additional perk slots when the weapon is 'Shiny,' which also adds a cool cosmic shader to the weapon, and a characteristic golden pattern in the weapon inspection menu. Of course, players also have more chances to get Adept versions of this weapon, which will greatly boost its stats and grant access to Adept Mods, so getting God Rolls on an Adept Prosecutor would be ideal.

To get the best rolls of Prosecutor in Destiny 2, players should be playing the highlighted weekly dungeons through Rite of the Nine, making sure they farm Nonary Manifolds by completing quests for the Emisary, and encounters in the dungeons.
