With the return of randomized rolls in Destiny 2, players can once again enjoy the grind toward their favorite God Roll for weapons. However, there is no need to go at it randomly, as Light.gg has just launched a new Destiny 2 tool designed to help players find their personal God Roll weapon. Rather straightforward, players who prefer certain perks can use this God Roll Finder feature to find a weapon that can roll these any number of given perks.
As provided by Light.gg, players who search for the perks Outlaw and Dragonfly, for example, will find that Nation of Beasts is the only hand cannon that can roll the aforementioned combo. This lets players who want this combo know that they can direct their grind toward the Last Wish raid in order to get this weapon.
The results page will also make a distinction between curated and random rolls, giving players the ability to exclude one or the other. It is worth mentioning, however, that this is a basic UI and has some difficulty with differing more complex searches. For example, the UI cannot differentiate between two perks a weapon cannot have at the same time, so players who search for certain slot perks need to be wary of this fact. Regardless, it is a useful tool that can be checked out here.
Of course, many Destiny 2 players may have their personal God Roll weapon since Forsaken has been out for some time. But this tool could be particularly handy when the Black Armory DLC launches, especially if it does introduce a new tier of weapon.
Nevertheless, this feature is likely to improve the ability of all those who use it to find a God Roll weapon to their liking.
