While failing to manage your Primary Resource in an optimal way may limit your ability to damage enemies and survive their attacks in Diablo 4, sometimes using skills or abilities that drain your resources can be worth it if it ends up with a very high damage output or even a way to circumvent this by recovering some of your resource cost – oftentimes using other skills to that end.

How to Get Beastfall Boots Unique in Diablo 4
Introduced during Diablo 4 Season 3, you can get the Beastfall Boots Unique by opening chests or defeating random enemies starting at World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. Unique items can now drop at either WT, but drop chances are very low. To boost them, you can try completing certain endgame activities, such as beating World Bosses, completing Gathering Legions, or even using Nightmare Sigils to run Nightmare Dungeons.
Once you get to World Tier 4, however, you will have a chance to target farm the Beastfall Boots in Diablo 4 by choosing to face The Beast in the Ice Ladder Boss. The Beastfall Boots are part of The Beast in the Ice's loot pool, meaning that every time you beat it, there is an increased chance of the Beastfall Boots dropping – much higher than random drops across Sanctuary. The Tormented version of the fight will be significantly harder to beat, but will also provide the best chances you can get in Diablo 4 to target farm Unique items, including the Beastfall Boots. You will need Stygian Stones, though, so you will have to run The Pit several times to get them – the higher The Pit tier is, the more chances you will get of encountering a Stygian Stone.
Beastfall Boots Unique Effect & Affixes in Diablo 4
If your Rogue equips the Beasftall Unique, every time you cast an Ultimate skill, your next Core skill will consume all of your Energy and will deal 0.25 to 0.75% increased damage for every Energy point you consume. On top of that, you will recover 25 Energy after using a Cooldown. You will also receive the following stat boosts thanks to this Unique's Affixes:
- +[2 - 4] to Agile
- +[12 - 20] Maximum Resource
- [8.0 - 12.5]% Ultimate Cooldown Reduction
- +[10.5 - 17.5]% Movement Speed
