One post highlighted that a chest labeled as "guaranteed" did not drop any Greater Affix items at all. Many other players echoed similar concerns, noting that these chests often yield only standard legendary items rather than the expected Greater Affixes. Additional feedback included complaints about other bugs, such as invisible enemies and lingering content from previous seasons.
