Diablo 4 launched with a massive map for players to traverse across in search of the best loot. With the release of Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, players have even more places they can go as they begin their journey through the perilous jungles of Nahantu. While you won't find any Altars of Lilith in Nahantu, Vessel of Hatred does have its own Tenets of Akarat.

Unlike the Altars of Lilith, the Tenets of Akarat require you to solve a small puzzle before you can activate them. While you don't get any permanent stat boosts from the Tenets of Akarat, you do get renown and other cosmetic rewards by finding all of them.

Some Tenets of Akarat require you to activate all three statues in a short period of time. If you are struggling with this, try using Evade to quickly close the distance when moving toward the third statue.

All Tenets of Akarat in Five Hills

  • 1. The first Tenet can be found in the ruins south of Kurast. Kill enemies around the statues and then attack the corruption.
  • 2. Southwest of the first Tenet, roughly in the middle of the map. Interact with the statue and kill the enemies that spawn.
  • 3. The third Tenet is in the southwest corner of Five Hills. Activate the statues on the left and the right of the Tenet.
  • 4. Located in the southeast corner of Five Hills. Activate the statues on the left and right of the Tenet and then activate the rightmost statue.
  • 5. Northwest corner of Five Hills. Activate all three statues.

All Tenets of Akarat in Seven Stones

  • 6. On the south edge of the Seven Stones. Light the statue that matches the lit one at the top of the waterfall.
  • 7. In a small cave west of Kurast. To activate the Tenet, you must quickly light all three statues in short succession.
  • 8. Left of the path that takes you into the Chakhir Stronghold. Light all three statues.
  • 9. Northwest of the entrance to the Murmuring Spiral dungeon. Kill all enemies around the statues to reignite the statues and then destroy the corruption.
  • 10. North corner of the map. Light the statue and then kill enemies as they appear.

All Tenets of Akarat in Lingering Hatred

  • 11. Northeast of the Remnants of Rage dungeon. Light the statue to the right of the Tenet.
  • 12. Southeast of Kurast Docks. Light the statue and kill the enemies that spawn.
  • 13. North of Kurast. Kill enemies around the area and lights will return to the statues, allowing you to destroy the corruption on the Tenet.
  • 14. Northeast of the Forge of Malice dungeon. Quickly activate all three statues.
  • 15. Left of the icon for The Den. Activate all three statues.

All Tenets of Akarat in Teganze Plaza

  • 16. North of the Sleepless Hollow dungeon. When you kill the enemies around the tenet, the lights will return to the statues. As ever, destroy the corruption around the tenet.
  • 17. On a cliffside that is roughly halfway between the Sleepless Hollow and Farai Cliffs dungeon.
  • 18. Just outside of the Kichuk Stronghold. Activate the statue and kill the Shades of Hatred.
  • 19. East of the Farai Cliffs dungeon. Light the statues that match the position of the ones on the other side of the ravine.
  • 20. On the eastern edge of Teganze Plaza. Quickly activate the three statues.

All Tenets of Akarat in Field of Giants

  • 21. Just off the path that leads north to Teganze Plateau. Activate statues that match the position of the ones below you.
  • 22. Located southwest of the Forgotten Remains dungeon.
  • 23. West of where the 21st Tenet is located. Quickly light all three statues in a short succession.
  • 24. Located northeast of Ichorfall. Kill enemies and then destroy the corruption around the Tenet once the lights return to the statue.
  • 25. Southwest of Ichorfall. Kill all Shades of Hatred that spawn when you activate the lion statue.

  • 26. East of Viz-jun. Activate all three statues.
  • 27. Northeast of the Festering Dark stronghold. Activate all three statues.

  • 29. East of Kurast. Kill enemies around the Tenet and then destroy the corruption once the lights make it vulnerable.
  • 30. West of the Ularian Sepulcher dungeon. Kill the Shades of Hatred that spawn and then interact with the Tenet.
