During the Incoming Conflict main story mission in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, you will have to beat one of the more annoying bosses, Vulcanusmon. However, once the baddie is taken down, you will be able to craft special Digi-Eggs by heading down into the Factorial Area.
Before you craft eggs, though, make sure to report to Merukimon in town. After the brief conversation, you will receive a Digiline message from Pegasusmon, requesting your assistance in downtown Central Town. Speaking to Pegasusmon will kick off the 'From Pegasusmon to the World' side mission in Time Stranger.

Starting the 'From Pegasusmon to the World' Mission Guide in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
To find Pegasusmon, go past Merukimon and take the first left. Head down the path into the following area. In the next section, head down the path to the left and keep going west until you reach the Digimon.
Pegasusmon will ask you to get it a Digi-Egg of Sincerity, and hints that you can acquire one from Vulcanusmon, but how do you even get back to the boss's location?

How to Get Digi-Egg of Sincerity in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
Crafting Time
To reach Vulcanusmon, head to the train station in the Digital World and then head over to the Factorial Area Station. Right when you exit the station, turn right and go down the first elevator you see on the right-hand side. The elevator will take you directly to Vulcanusmon.
To craft the Digi-Egg of Sincerity with Vulcanusmon, you will need three things:
- 10000 Yen
- 5 Tree Models
- Iron Slash I Skill
We had plenty of Yen and Tree Models from our time playing through the main story quests, but if you happen to be missing the materials, you can speak to Mirei at the In-Between Theater and visit the Hall of Materials Outer Dungeon. You should be able to fight some Digimon there, like MudFrigimon, to gather some of the material to craft the Digi-Egg of Sincerity.

Iron Slash I Location in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
To the Bar!
If you're missing the Iron Slash I skill for the Digi-Egg, it's actually very simple to find. If you're facing Vulcanusmon, turn completely around and head south to find an entrance to the In-Between Theater. Once you enter, look on the right to find a Bartender who sells items. You can purchase the Iron Slash I skill for 1500 Yen.

Once you take the Digi-Egg to Pegasusmon, it'll use the egg on a nearby friendly Digimon, and you will get the following items as a reward:
