According to my research, it appears that the console version of Digimon Story: Time Stranger (PS5 and XSX/S) is scheduled to release around 9 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, October 2, 2025. This means the game will come out at midnight on October 3 for those on the East Coast (NYC).
As for those who plan on playing Digimon Story: Time Stranger on PC via Steam, it seems that the release is scheduled for around 3 PM Pacific Time and 6 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

Does Digimon Story: Time Stranger Have Early Access?
Nope
Unlike most big video game releases these days, there is no way to pay more money in order to play Digimon Story: Time Stranger before its official release date/time. However, a demo is currently available for you to play, allowing you to transfer your save data to the full game and gain a slight head start on the story.
