To trigger A Real Hideout quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players need to increase Peter Pan to friendship level four and make sure Remy and Sulley are available. Talk with Peter Pan, who seems really upset because he's hungry. After convincing him to stop eating Vanellope's house, Dreamers can use a stove to cook any 5-Star Entrée for him. Here are some ideas:

Speak with Peter Pan, and he reveals these are the spots he hid some treasure and tells you to find them to make his home feels like a real hideout.

Peter Pan Treasure Location In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley

The three locations for Peter Pan's treasures that are revealed in the Memory are Glade of Trust, Forgotten Lands, and Dazzle Beach in DDV. Here's how Dreamers can find the Bag of Treasures, Telescope, and Hooked Lamp.

Bag of Treasures	Approach Mother Gothel's House in the middle of the Glade of Trust and dig up the digging spot.
Telescope	Head to the Tree House located southwest of the Forbidden Lands and dig up the digging spot.
Hooked Lamp	Go to the Curse Cave where Ursula was once locked just northeast of Dazzle Beach and dig up the digging spot.
