In Gameloft’s Disney Dreamlight Valley, players get to live in a magical valley with Disney and Pixar characters. There are various friendship roles for different activities in Disney Dreamlight Valley, like mining, gardening, and fishing. You can assign these roles to your friends once you reach friendship level two, and changing their roles is easy with Training Manuals.
For example, you can change Donald Duck's role from fishing to mining with a manual. However, before players can use the training manuals, they will need to craft them. Read this guide to learn how to get all Training Manuals in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Change a Villager’s Role in Dreamlight Valley
After making a manual, you have to give it to your buddy whose role you want to change. For example, if you want to change Mulan’s role from Mining to Fishing, you will need to give her the Fishing Training Manual. To give a villager a Training Manual, simply interact with them and choose the ‘I Have Something to Give You’ option. Then give them the manual from your inventory.
Keep in mind that this can only be done after hitting friendship level 10 with a villager.
