How To Trigger The Dream A Little Dream Quest In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Dream a Little Dream quest is triggered by completing Sadness' third friendship quest in DDV as well as reaching friendship level 10 with Joy. Speak with both emotions to be sent on a mission and collect some materials to recreate the ruler's forgotten memory.

Grab the Spotlights from the mail and then head to the Inside Out realm to get the rest. In the HQ, go to the top left corner of the room near the shelves of documents to find the Dream Documentation. Next, travel to the Dream Production set and grab the Dream Camera and pot of Green Paint.

Give the Dream Documentation to Belle and ask her to be the screenwriter, and then craft a Camera Lens Filter. You will need the following gems:

Next, head to the secret chamber in the Frosted Heights and place all the equipment, then attach the lens to the Dream Camera to start the Dream Production. After setting everything up, seek The Forgotten and ask them if they would like to act in the production.

After the first scene plays out, some of the spotlights explode, and dreamers need to collect the fallen Glass and make three Light Bulbs to replace them. Now, Joy tasks players with changing the lighting depending on the scene's mood in DDV.

How To Find The Right Mood And Change The Lighting In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley

To complete the Dream a Little Dream quest, you need to use three light buttons to control the lighting of the Dream Production. Just keep in mind that colors can mix to create a new one. Follow these steps:

To find the right mood for the start of the scene, change the lighting to yellow by pressing the yellow button.
To find the right mood for the middle of the scene, change the lighting to blue by turning off the yellow and pressing the blue button.
To find the right mood for the end of the scene, change the lighting to purple by keeping the blue on and pressing the red button next.
