How to Harvest a Cooling Herb in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To complete the ‘Harvest a Cooling Herb’ duty, you have to pick 25 Mint. To begin, open your map and travel to the Frosted Heights biome, which is the only place where you can find Mint. However, you can't go there until you unlock it. Frosted Heights is the most expensive biome in the Dreamlight Valley, and you need to spend 10,000 Dreamlight to unlock it. Once you've unlocked it, enter the Frosted Heights biome and collect Mint herbs from the icy ground. Like other materials in the game, Mint is available in limited quantities, so you'll need to wait for them to regrow after harvesting. To collect more Mint in a single trip, consider bringing along a friend with the Foraging role. The higher the friendship level you have with the character, the more mints they will collect. And yes, you will need to collect 25 Mint to complete the ‘Harvest a Cooling Herb’ duty.

If you've collected too many Mint herbs, you can sell them at Goofy’s stall for 50 Star Coins each. Other than that, you can eat Mint to restore 155 energy points.

Mint is a necessary ingredient in many Disney Dreamlight Valley recipes, such as Peppermint Tea, Mint Boba Tea, Mint Candy, Mint Chocolate, and Mint Sorbet. Once you have successfully completed the duty, you'll receive 10 Mickey Mouse Tokens as a reward.
