What is the Pungent Wild Crop in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

Disney Dreamlight Valley has lots of tangy crops like Onions, Leeks, Spinach, and Chili Peppers, so figuring out the right one can be tough. But not anymore!

The pungent wild crop that you have to harvest to complete this Star Path duty is Garlic. While Garlic can be found in different biomes, it’s important to get it from the Forest of Valor. Players can unlock this area with only 3,000 Dreamlight. If you don’t have enough, you can earn more by completing Dreamlight Duties.

Once you unlock the area, go in and look for Garlic scapes on the ground. You can identify them by their big green leaves. After finding one, simply interact with it to harvest it. Each harvest will give you one piece of Garlic. Keep in mind that you have to harvest 25 Garlic to complete this duty. Upon completion, you will get 10 Magnolia tokens.

How to Use Garlic in DDV

The Majesty and Magnolia event has many cooking-related Star Path duties where you have to prepare three-star, four-star, and five-star Appetizers, Entrees, and Desserts. So while you're collecting Garlic for this task, we recommend collecting some extra because it will be helpful for other event duties.

Dreamers will also need Garlic to cook Mushu’s Congee, a five-star entree for the A New Recruit quest. So collecting more Garlic in advance will save time. You can sell any extra for 50 Star Coins at any Goofy’s Stall in DDV.
