Dreamers can also grab the silver key near the mysterious shadow and unlock the chest in Captain's Cabin, where they will pick up a pirate treasure map.
The pirate treasure map seems to be leading to the isolated island where Ariel was found in DDV. To reach it, use the raft near Skull Rock Island and travel there. Use the shovel to dig out the treasure and obtain the Pan Flute. Now that the instrument has been found, you need to collect the glowing musical notes.

Now that you have the Pan Flute and all six glowing musical notes, return to Skull Rock to play the instrument.
How To Play The Complete Score By Using Notes In DDV - Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once the musical notes are back in place, Dreamers must play the complete score using the notes on the left and right sides by following the sheet in DDV. Near the instrument, there is a music sheet that shows two rows, and you simply need to match the position of the musical notes on each side to the positions on the sheet.
Sadly, once you're done, the shadow will mess up everything. So, Dreamers must craft another Pixie Dust Lantern, place it on the empty Rope Winch, and shine the light on the space between the two musical walls to trap the shadow. Next, rearrange the musical notes again.
Peter Pan will appear and talk with players about how they seem like an adult who doesn't know how to have fun. To prove him wrong, Dreamers agree to play a game of hide-and-seek. Knowing Peter Pan, he will hide in the most dark and scary area in Dreamlight Valley. Players can either follow the Pixie Dust on the ground to locate him or ask some villagers. For those who prefer an easier method, simply head over to the Dark Castle to find Peter Pan in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Upon finding Peter Pan in the castle, build him a home anywhere to officially invite him to the valley. Speak with The Forgotten one more time to complete The Music's on the Walls quest in DDV.
