Upon entering the second chamber and triggering the Trial of Truth quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, speak with Fauna, who appears as an enchanted stained-glass window. She asks you to find a way to make the large shadows less threatening, as they scare the poor critters.
To place everything in the right spot so the critters aren't scared in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to enter build mode and change the location of the cage and cute Mickey ears. Move the two halves of the cage to trap the bird, and then move the cute Mickey ears to sit on top of the lion's head.
Now that the big shadows are not as threatening, a rabbit and a pegasus appear. To gain their trust and complete Fauna's trial in DDV, you need to cook each critter a meal according to its preference.

To cook the right meal for the rabbit, make sure not to use barley, wheat, onions, or rice. As the critter requires a four-star meal and considering the remaining ingredients, you need to cook a Carrot Salad. - Enchanted Cabbage
- Enchanted Cucumber
As for the pegasus, it dislikes tomato, lettuce, cucumber, onion, and rice. Since the critter also wants a 3-Star meal, dreamers need to use the rest of the available materials to cook a Barley Salad. Use the nearby stove and add these ingredients together to cook the right meal for the pegasus in DDV:
