As players progress through Disney Dreamlight Valley they will see all sorts of references to the many Disney movies, regardless of whether there is a character from those movies in the game or not. At this point in Early Access, this is mostly music that plays on the radio like "When You Wish Upon a Star". But one of the biggest references to decades worth of movies would be all the meals that exist in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Aside from Wonderland Cookies and Mushu's Porridge, another good example of this would be Snow White's Gooseberry Pie. This guide will show players how to make it.
How to Make Snow White's Gooseberry Pie
Gooseberry Pie is pretty easy to make in Disney Dreamlight Valley. All players need to do is get three ingredients. The three ingredients are one Wheat, one Butter, and one Gooseberry. Wheat can be either grown or bought from Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow. Growing it is recommended, as players can double their harvest easily if they bring along a Companion with the Gardening Role.
Butter can only be purchased from Remy's Restaurant, provided that Disney Dreamlight Valley players have built his restaurant and brought him into the village. The final ingredient, Gooseberry, can only be gathered from bushes. That said, there are only two biomes where Gooseberries grow. The first one is Frosted Heights and the second one is the Forgotten Lands. Both are not easy to get into, as Frosted Heights requires 10,000 Dreamlight to unlock and the Forgotten Lands requires 15,000 Dreamlight.
How Much Energy Does Snow White's Gooseberry Pie Restore?
Despite only being a 3-Star recipe, Snow White's Gooseberry Pie restores 1,677 Energy. For how few ingredients it uses, Snow White's Gooseberry Pie is an effective recipe. That said, there are definitely other recipes that are better for restoring Energy. Disney Dreamlight Valley players should also be aware that the ingredients in Snow White's Gooseberry Pie are not flexible. Unlike some recipes, players must use the three ingredients listed above, or they will not make Snow White's Gooseberry Pie and end up with something else.
What Else Can Snow White's Gooseberry Pie Be Used For?
Aside from restoring energy, Snow White's Gooseberry always has a chance of being one of the daily favorite items for the many Disney characters that live in the village. It is also possible for it to show up as a meal order in Remy's Restaurant. There is no way to know when or if it'll show up in this way, so Disney Dreamlight Valley players can make Snow White's Gooseberry Pie and store it for later use. Since the game is still in Early Access, it is certainly possible it could be required for more things in future updates to the game.
