Disney Dreamlight Valley has officially launched its free Tales of Agrabah update, sending players on a mission with popular Disney animated heroes Aladdin and Jasmine through Agrabah's market district. Like all major updates, Tales of Agrabah also provides Disney Dreamlight Valley players with a fresh Star Path beginning and plenty of new rewards to unlock.
Officially launched in late 2023 after a long early access period, Disney Dreamlight Valley lets players build a magical realm where characters from across the Disney universe come together to live in harmony. The absence of Aladdin and Jasmine up to this point has been noticed by fans, especially after Jafar came to Disney Dreamlight Valley through the A Rift in Time paid expansion that accompanied the game's exit from early access.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Path Wish List
Disney Dreamlight Valley has multiple Star Paths coming up in 2025, so here are some rewards and tasks that might be worth featuring.
About a week ago, Disney Dreamlight Valley announced Aladdin and Jasmine would be coming to the Disney-themed life simulator in a new adventure that involved a journey to a realm based on the classic 1992 animated film, and as of February 26, 2025, that adventure is now available to players on all platforms. Players are now able to interact with Aladdin and Jasmine in the new Agrabah Market realm, where they will help investigate the mysterious artifact that is causing sandstorms to plague the country. After completing the main quest line, players can welcome the pair to the Valley and unlock their magic carpet friend as a potential companion.
Disney Dreamlight Valley's Tales of Agrabah Update is Live
In addition to helping solve problems in Agrabah, players also have a new Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Path to complete, earning a number of rewards along the way. Titled Oasis Retreat, this Star Path will run through April 16, 2025, and it involves tasks like gardening, picking fresh fruit, cooking, and interacting with villagers. Completing activities will award players with Tranquil Tokens, which can be exchanged for prizes from a pool of 36 different cosmetic and furniture items as well as bundles of Moonstones. Highlights from the rewards list include a Relaxing Capybara, wicker swings and bathtubs, and individual Celebration character dream styles for Aladdin and Jasmine.
The adventure in Agrabah was hinted at back in November with a look at Disney Dreamlight Valley's 2025 roadmap, which showed an image of a red fez and Jasmine's trademark jeweled choker sitting on a table. While no official announcements have been made yet by developer Gameloft, Dinsey fans are sure to have recognized other scenes from future updates, with the smiling face of the Cheshire Cat heralding an Alice in Wonderland-based update in the spring and an image of Skull Rock pointing to a Peter Pan-themed adventure awaiting over the summer.
