The Disney Dreamlight Valley quest, “We Are Eternally Grateful!” Is the finale of a side quest series offered by Toy Story's Buzz Lightyear. This series begins with the quest “Collect 'Em All: Little Green Men!" And each quest in this series revolves around the investigation and exploration of the Village to recover Alien Toys.
These beloved little cosmic characters may have broken loose from their rocket-shaped claw machine located in Woody’s Carousel. It’s up to the player to track them down through this series of time-gated quests. The player will be tasked with three alien rescue missions before they have final recovered all the missing toys. How to Start We Are Eternally Grateful!
“We Are Eternally Grateful!” Becomes available two days after completing and turning in the preceding quest, “Collect 'Em All Attic Mode.” After the appropriate period of time has passed, the character can speak with Buzz Lightyear, who informs them that all the Alien Toys have been recovered.
How to Complete We Are Eternally Grateful!
After answering Buzz Lightyear’s call to duty, the player learns that the Space Ranger has decided that the Aliens deserve a place of their own in the Village where they can feel welcome. Buzz’s assignment presents a humanitarian solution for the Aliens – a dedicated place within the Village where they feel at home, rather than a return to their claw machine. The player can propose any type of theme when prompted (this does not affect the objective) and upon doing so, is tasked with arranging the alien habitat in the Village.
The Alien Habitat the player creates for “We Are Eternally Grateful!” Must meet specific requirements outlined by Buzz. He requires the player to place furniture featuring the following Trait or Colors:
- 10 Playful Furniture
- 3 Red Furniture
- 2 Purple Furniture
The player can place furniture featuring any of these attributes to meet the quest's objectives. Identifying qualifying furniture is simplified by filters which have been automatically applied within the Furniture menu. A Requests section at the top shows four Buzz Lightyear icons and clicking on each will display a filtered list of furniture matching one of the criteria, with the fourth category including the Alien Toys the players must place.
Various furniture options can meet multiple criteria and the habitat can be placed in any biome or arrangement, provided they are close to one another. If the player is lacking qualifying furniture in any of these categories, they should visit Scrooge’s Store to check and see what he has available for sale. The Trait and Color details are found at the bottom of the furniture information window that appears when the player interacts with an item for sale.
Once all the furniture is placed, the player should photograph their newly created habitat using the Camera’s Photo Mode. Afterward, they should return to Buzz Lightyear, who will commend their efforts and reward them with a Space Ranger Supply Kit. This kit includes 5 Red Algae, 5 Onyx, 10 Dry Wood, and 10 Rich Soil. Completing this quest will conclude Buzz Lightyear’s Alien Toy quest series.
