Banandium Gems are everywhere in Donkey Kong Bananza, and you can earn them by completing all sorts of minigames throughout each sublayer on your journey to the planet's core. Seekertone Hide and Seek is a recurring minigame that rewards you with bananas if you find all four hidden Seekertones, and the Canyon Layer Seekertones are very tricky to find in Donkey Kong Bananza.
Most sublayers have a Seekertone Hide and Seek minigame somewhere for you to find, and you'll get a Banandium Gem if you manage to unearth all four Seekertones in the area. You'll have to use Donkey Kong Bananza's destruction mechanics to track down all four Seekertones, but even after leveling the entire zone, you may still find yourself missing a Seekertone. Here's where to find all four Canyon Layer Seekertone Hide and Seek hiding spots in Donkey Kong Bananza.
Canyon Layer Seekertone Hide and Seek Locations
There are four Seekertones to find in the Canyon Layer Hide and Seek challenge. To start the challenge, climb up to the tallest point of the Canyon Layer where the tube to the next layer is. There's a cave there with a Seekertone waiting to give you the Hide and Seek challenge.
Each of the four hidden Seekertones can be found by smashing your way through the cavern walls. Remember that Seekertones camouflage themselves as regular rocks, so the one you're missing may be in plain sight even if you've destroyed the entire cave. You have to directly punch those Seekertones yourself, otherwise they won't count toward your goal.
Here's where you can find all four hidden Canyon Layer Seekertones.
- Disguised as a rock across from the quest giver Seekertone
- Disguised as a rock on the cliff's edge even further past the first Seekertone
- Next to the purple explosive rock outside on the cliff's edge
- Disguised as a piece of metal behind the grate by the quest giver Seekertone
Once you've punched all four Seekertones, you'll get the Canyon Layer Hide and Seek Banandium Gem as a reward. There are a few other bananas in this area as well, and you may have already found them while searching for the hidden Seekertones. You can use these Banandium Gems to upgrade DK's skills and prepare for the upcoming Donkey Kong Bananza sublayers.
