In Donkey Kong Bananza, you can smash your way through layers of rocks, concrete, and metal to find literally hundreds upon hundreds of collectibles like Fossils and Banandium Gems, the latter of which is for getting more Skill Points to increase DK's array of abilities.

If you're in the first main layer of Donkey Kong Bananza, Lagoon Layer SL100, you can use this guide to find every single banana (Banandium Gem).

Donkey Kong Bananza: All Banandium Gem Locations in Lagoon Layer (SL100)

Banandium Gem #1 - First Crockoid Cracked!

You will find a bundle of three Banandium Gems as soon as you enter Sublayer 100.

Banandium Gem #2 - Cave by the Cape

Right in front of the Ape Cape checkpoint, you can dig into the ground to find a hidden area with a barrel and a Banandium Gem.

Banandium Gem #3 - Bathing Banana

You can get the third Banandium Gem by speaking with the Smashintone near the Ape Cape checkpoint once you've smashed through 5000 m³ of water in the layer.

Banandium Gem #4 - Bathing Banana

You can find this bathing banana in a pool of water by smashing into the ground at the location on the map below:

Banandium Gem #5 - Shifty Smash: Beyond the Wall

Smack the peculiar object here at this spot to enter a quick challenge. You'll have 20 seconds to completely destroy a nearby cube. The Banandium will appear once you finish the puzzle.

Banandium Gem #6 - Battle: Stoney, Grassy Goons

Defeat the three Crockoids in the Lagoon Layer battle challenge. Punch downward on a special button near the area where you learn about the Boom Bombs.

Banandium Gem #7 - A Nook behind Concrete

Once you pass the concrete wall after completing the first optional challenge, enter the cave and pick up a Boom Bomb and throw it at the glowing spot on top of a piece of concrete on the side of a wall. You'll find the Banandium Gem within the walls.

Banandium Gem #8 - Battle: Both Sides of the Bridge

Complete the Lagoon Layer Battle Challenge 2. You can start it by hitting the button near the Reservoir Hills checkpoint.

Banandium Gem #9 - Smash Through the Floor

In the location shown below, you'll find a cement block that can only be broken by using the nearby enemy's bomb.

Banandium Gem #10 - Cranky's Lagoon Rant

Cranky Kong will gift you a Banandium for just speaking to him. He's on a high-up platform near the big green pipes hanging near Rambi the Rhino.

Banandium Gem #11 - A Real Mouthful

You can find this Banandium behind the waterfall in a cave.

Banandium Gem #12, 13, and 14 - Rest Stop on Roof Road, Hidden on Roof Road, and At the End of Roof Road

You can find the Lagoon Layer Challenge Course 1, Hanging on Roof Road, by singing to break the seal on the shrine pictured below. There are three bananas in this area.

The first Banandium can be found in the middle of the course.
For the second, instead of going straight for the goal, head to a path on the left to find a breakable wall.
And just complete the stage to find the last one.

Banandium Gem #15 - Lakeside Low Road

You'll see some green barrels in front of this spot, on the wall off the edge of the stage. Break through to find yourself another Banandium.

Banandium Gem #16 - Battle: Swarms Among the Pillars

This is Lagoon Layer Battle Challenge 3. You can find the entrance near the edge of the map, not far from the big green pipe/lake area.

Banandium Gem #17 - Follow the Voided Terrain

When you enter this underground area, you will see the banana in plain sight. However, it will be colored purple, and you won't be able to grab it. Follow the purple path on the floor, and it will lead you to a seal that you can unlock to free the void from the Banandium.

Banandium Gem #18 - Fishin for Bananas

You can find this Banandium Gem in a lake hidden off the side of the map. You can jump in the air and crash down to break it.

Banandium Gem #19 - Rise and Rinse

In the area with the big green pipes and the pool of water, you'll find the banana at the bottom. However, you can't get it until you raise the platform by hitting the nearby blue switch.

Banandium Gem #20 - Placed in a Pipe

Climb the green pipes above the reservoir and run to the side to find a broken section of the pipe. You can enter it and follow the path to a banana!

Banandium Gem #21 - Shifty Smash: Atop the Pipes

Go on top of the big green pipes above the pool of water and smack the glowing object to enter a barrel mini-game. Just shoot yourself through the objects as fast as you can to win a big banana.

Banandium Gem #22 - Battle: Wings and the Wobbly Disc

This is Lagoon Layer Battle Challenge 4, and you can find it by breaking the seal in the cave shown below:

Banandium Gem #23 - Beyond the Cloudy Platforms

Check out the edge of the map near the big green pipes, and you'll see a random floating platform. If you head over, you can see a path leading to a Gem. You just need to toss rocks at the distorted cubes to make them safe to jump on.
