Dr. Disrespect chastised Activision for the use of marijuana and drugs being pushed through the recent event, while also remarking on the previous removal of fellow streamer Nickmercs' operator bundle. Dr. Disrespect went so far as to call the developers "a bunch of idiots", referring to them as the "biggest suit and tie phonies" found within the gaming industry.

Dr. Disrespect's response to the newest event comes as Call of Duty has consistently been one of the streamer's most frequented games. His familiarity with the games goes beyond his streams as well, with Dr. Disrespect formerly serving for four years as a Community Manager for Call of Duty developer Sledgehammer Games.

While Dr. Disrespect is known for his outspoken personality, the creator's infamous Twitch ban remains one of the most well-known events of his career.
