Dragon Age: The Veilguard – Should You Convince Or Fight Mythal?
Choosing whether to convince or fight Mythal in Dragon Age: The Veilguard has major repercussions on the game's ending.
Those looking to acquire a pretty impressive level of power in Dragon Age: The Veilguard should seek out this weapon to add it to their arsenal. Here's a rundown on the process players need to go through before they can reach the location where this weapon is hidden.
How To Find The Point Unique Weapon In Dragon Age: The Veilguard
To get The Point, players need to have the Mage class and then travel to the city of Treviso. This requires, of course, that players finish the introduction of the story. They also must visit the Lighthouse and complete the Arlathan Forest questline until they recruit Bellara.
After that, players need to talk to Neve Gallus, who will tell them that they need to find an Assassin from the Antivan Crows faction, and also talk to her contacts in Minrathous. Once players travel to Treviso, they will meet Andarateia, the envoy from the Antivan Crows, and will go on a quest to rescue Lucanis Dellamorte, the Demon of Vyrantium.

Here's how players can strengthen the player character in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Once players are able to freely explore Treviso, it is time to travel to the market district canals, where the search for The Point will begin.
The Point Location In Dragon Age: The Veilguard
From the Cantori Diamond, travel north, past the Market District Canals, and look for a Beacon near an alley, which marks the location of the Streets of Coin Financials area. In that section, players should turn around the corner and border the canal until they see a small fence to climb on.
Once on top of the balcony, look for a pile of crates and climb on. Jump to the ledge of the balcony right in front of the crates. Next, players need to turn right and face the small tile roof, jump over the railing onto the roof, and turn left to enter a new roof area with several windows.
The third and final window is broken, permitting players to climb inside a small penthouse. Once inside, turn to the right and search for a Bookcase. Approaching it will allow players to interact with it, revealing a secret passage.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard - How to Level Up Fast
Here are a few tips on how to get as much XP as possible during your Dragon Age: The Veilguard playthrough.
Go through the opening into a new balcony area with a Chest, in which The Point Spellblade can be found. Don't forget to pick up the Memento and the Lore collectible next to the statue before leaving the area.
The Point - Overview
The Point is a weapon with a damage score that scales according to the player's level, so it doesn't need to be upgraded. It has the following properties:
- Charged attacks against targets suffering from Necrosis and Bleeding Afflictions will consume each charge and heal the player for a percentage depending on how many Affliction stacks are in effect. This effect doesn't have a cooldown.
This means if players have a build that causes bleeding and necrosis, they can basically have infinite health all the time. As long as they keep attacking and causing necrosis or bleeding, they will heal all the time, which is absolutely broken.
Ideal builds for this weapon include the Mourn Watch/Death Caller build and the Antivan Crow/Spellblade, which can be paired with several Rings like Precious Decay and Necklaces like Magister's Bargain to cause necrotic damage and take advantage of The Point's intrinsic healing as well.
