Dragon Age: The Veilguard Pre-Load and File Size
Players who pre-ordered the game on consoles will be able to download it starting on October 29, 2024. Xbox Series X/S users can already preload Dragon Age: The Veilguard ahead of its launch, and they'll need around 93 GB of space. Meanwhile, PS5 users will be able to access preload starting October 29, 2024, at 9 AM PST (12 PM EDT).
Sadly, PC users are not able to pre-load the game before its release time. They will have to download the full file size on the date of release, which is around 93 GB for the download files, and 100 GB of total space for the installed game. That's a lot, considering that Dragon Age: Inquisition was barely 27 GB in total file size download and 47 GB in total space when installed. Soon, fans will see what Bioware has been cooking for so many years.
