Goten has always been considered a prodigious fighter ever since he was a boy, as he was even able to unlock the Super Saiyan state at a very young age. Throughout all of Broly's intense battles in the film, the Saiyan let out an incredible amount of energy, which was always highly destructive. Though difficult to pinpoint, the Planet Crusher was likely his strongest move even though it was performed in his base form, since, despite being blocked by Super Saiyan Blue Goku, even the little bit of its energy that touched the ground was enough to turn it into a desolate and ruined landscape. Another more likely candidate could be the unnamed energy blast he used against Gogeta, as that cracked a dimension.

However, once he unlocked Ultra Ego to become far stronger than ever, he infused his regular Ki attacks with Energy of Destruction, which took its strongest form in the massive ball of Ki that he used against Granolah. Although it was overpowered by Granolah's transformation, it is still Vegeta's strongest move to date.

The Spirit Bomb has always been Goku's strongest technique and go-to attack once he has already given everything to defeat his opponent. Although many would argue that the Spirit Avatar that he used against Planet Moro may be stronger, the Super Spirit Bomb he used against Kid Buu required energy from all over the universe, Heaven, and even Hell, and he had to further undergo his Super Saiyan form to finish the villain off for good.
