Saiyans are some of the strongest characters in Dragon Ball. While most didn't get to reach their full potential thanks to Frieza destroying Planet Vegeta, some of the handful that did survive have managed to become incredibly powerful over the years. Between Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and a handful of others, Saiyans have dominated the series thanks to their incredible potential and huge arsenal of attacks and techniques.
Sticking to the mainline series, we've seen Dragon Ball's Saiyan characters unleash some devastating attacks. Any one of these techniques could overpower some of the series' most dangerous opponents. Here's how the strongest Saiyan techniques stack up.
5 Dragon Ball Super Characters Stronger Than Ultra Instinct Goku
As of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Ultra Instinct Goku is weaker than his rival, his son, and even the series' next main villain.
Kefla — Gigantic Burst
The Universe 6 Saiyans might be controversial among fans, but there's no denying that Kefla was a force to be reckoned with during the Tournament of Power. Kale and Caulifla are strong fighters in their own right, but their Potara Fusion showed that some Universe 6 Saiyans might not be too far off from their Universe 7 counterparts.
Kefla's Gigantic Burst is a deadly combination of her Gigantic Blast and Caulifla and Kale's Limit Break Blaster. By focusing these attacks into each hand, Kefla creates two massive energy discs. She then aims them towards her target, turning them into a massive energy blast that would've been strong enough to take out most ToP contestants. Unfortunately, she was going up against Ultra Instinct Sign Goku, so the move's full potential was never fully shown off.
Broly — Gigantic Catastrophe
Bringing Broly into the series canon made plenty of fans happy, and introduced a new rival for Goku and Vegeta to measure up against in future arcs. While the new iteration of Broly shares some similarities with the original movie-only character, Super Broly is a much more powerful — albeit raw — fighter who has some awesome moves up his sleeve.
Playing into his Berserker theme, Broly's Gigantic Catastrophe is a combination of some of his strongest techniques. When being pushed back against Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta, Broly uses the combination of his Gigantic Roar, Gigantic Cluster, and Gigantic Full Blast in quick succession. Most fighters wouldn't have been able to sustain such an intense barrage of attacks, but Gogeta handled it with ease.
Vegeta — Full Charge Final Flash
Vegeta has some of the most iconic moves in all of Dragon Ball. Not ever one to be outdone by Goku or anyone else, Vegeta has shown off some incredible techniques over the years. But his strongest has to be his Full Charge Final Flash.
As the name implies, this is another take on Vegeta's classic Final Flash, with Vegeta taking advantage of the power boost he gets from Super Saiyan Blue to unleash an even more devastating version of his iconic finisher. Vegeta used this against a seemingly unstoppable Jiren, and while the Pride Trooper was able to more or less tank the blast, it did manage to knock him back.
Gohan — Special Beam Cannon (Beast)
Just like his father, Gohan seems to be a fan of borrowing other fighters' moves rather than coming up with his own. For years, Gohan made use of Piccolo's Masenko and the Turtle School's Kamehameha, but in the Super Hero Saga, Gohan repurposed another of Piccolo's iconic techniques.
The Beast version of the Special Beam Cannon is very similar to the original we saw Piccolo use to take out Goku and Raditz during their fight. But it's amplified by the overwhelming power of Gohan's Beast transformation. Though it still requires some charging, it doesn't take Gohan nearly as long to use this version of the attack compared to the original, making it a quicker and even more deadly take on one of the series' most recognizable techniques.
Goku — Supreme Kamehameha
The Kamehameha might not be Goku's technique, but he's used it so often and come up with so many variations of it over the years that it's hard not to associate the move with him. Nearly every major villain and adversary that Goku has taken down over the years has been on the receiving end of a Kamehameha. Unsurprisingly, as Goku has gotten closer and closer to God level, he's been able to come up with more powerful versions of anime's most iconic move.
Goku makes use of his Supreme Kamehameha while in Perfected Ultra Instinct. It's not much different than other Kamehamehas from a technical standpoint, but it's the strongest version of the move Goku has used to date. Though it wasn't enough to completely take out Jiren, it did do significant damage to him.
Vegito — God Final Kamehameha
While fans like to argue about whether Vegito or Gogeta is the stronger fusion, both are incredibly strong and have been shown to use some of the most broken techniques in the series. With both Vegeta and Goku's arsenal at their disposal, Vegito has shown off some incredible skills in their limited appearances. But their strongest move has to be the God Final Kamehameha.
As the name implies, it's a combination of the Final Flash and Kamehameha. Vegito starts out as tghuogh he's going to fire off a God Final Flash, mixing in the God Kamehameha, resulting in a massive blast that would overwhelm most opponents with ease.
Gogeta — Limit Ultra Kamehameha
Gogeta might be Dragon Ball's strongest mortal character, and we've seen them use techniques that back that claim up. Whether it's the flashiness of Stardust Breaker, the brutality of Ultimate Impact, or the devastating power of the Limit Ultra Kamehameha, Gogeta's techniques stand out.
The latter might just be the strongest technique a Saiyan has ever used. We see Gogeta use the technique against Broly, and had Cheelai not wished him away at the last second, it's very likely that the Limit Ultra Kamehameha would've disintegrated Broly way before he could learn to control his incredible potential.
