In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, players can see Chi-Chi about cooking full course meals that give players a ton of buffs when it comes to combat. The benefit of these meals is self-explanatory, so players should keep an eye out for new recipes and the like as it comes to earning these buffs and unlocking the achievements associated with them. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players first gain this ability during the first intermission following the Saiyan Saga.

But while the achievement in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot for cooking one full course meal simply pops without much issue, it seems players may have a bit of an issue when it comes to the second achievement, Only The Finest. The details state that players must "cook 5 full course meals" to unlock it, but many may encounter an issue in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot that results in this not happening as expected. Luckily, it's not bugged and so getting this achievement to pop is actually a rather simply fix.

The initial wording insinuates that players only have to cook 5 full course meals, whatever they may be, but that's not the case. For it to pop, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players have to cook 5 different meals. In other words, cooking 5 of the simplest recipe won't work, and players will need to collect more recipes and cook these in order to get this achievement. Gathering recipes in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot to help with character progression isn't that hard, either, should players pay attention to vocal hints throughout the game.

Whether it's when looking for the Royal Tomato in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, hunting down a rare material, or gathering a recipe, it's a good bit of advice to pay attention to the dialogue bubbles of NPCs. Words highlighted in orange means the item is near by, and for recipes, it just means the player will need to speak to that NPC to unlock the recipe.

After the first meal is cooked, which counts toward the achievement and cannot be missed, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot players will just need to hunt down 4 more recipes and the required ingredients. As such, this is a simple fix for those worried about this particular issue.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
