While exploring the upper parts of Vermund in Dragon's Dogma 2, players can encounter a small girl who wishes to learn Magick. Sadly, her father doesn't let her, so she asks you to find her some grimoires, as these books don't require any skills and can be cast by normal people.
Her grandmother advises you against it, but Arisens can ignore the warnings if they wish. There are five grimoires in total and collecting them will put players in a tough spot, since another NPC in Dragon's Dogma 2 requires the same five grimoires.

Dragon's Dogma 2 players can find Silver Rapier early in the game by discovering a secret treasure in the vicinity of Grand Riftstone of Vermund.
How To Trigger The Spellbound Quest In Dragon's Dogma 2
The Spellbound Quest can be triggered by heading into Eini’s Home in the northern parts of Vermund, at the Base of Mt. Alles. Speak with the little girl after her grandmother gets out of the house in the morning, and she'll ask Arisens if they can bring her specific grimoires that help cast spells without any skill requirement. Here's where to find all five grimoires.
Howling Blizzard And Nation's Death Knell Grimoire Location
Explore the big area in Waterfall Cave and open the chest to obtain both the 
Howling Blizzard and 
Nation's Death Knell.
The Nation's Death Knell can also be obtained from the Cenotaph underneath the Ancient Battleground.
Fulminous Shield Grimoire Location
Head to Melve and buy the Fulminous Shield from the merchant named Dudley found near the entrance for 5000 Gold.
Towering Earth Grimoire Location
Towering Earth is obtained from Magistrate Waldhar. He can be found during The Caged Magistrate Quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Let There Be Light Grimoire Location
At Checkpoint Rest Town, go to Myrddin’s Home and wear the Courtly set in Dragon’s Dogma 2 to be allowed inside the house. Climb the stairs and enter the study to see the Let There Be Light grimoire on the table.
If players wish to complete the Spellbound Quest alongside the Sorcerer's Appraisal Quest, make sure to create a forgery of the five grimoires at Ibrahim’s Scrap Store in Checkpoint Rest Town before offering the original books to Trysha.
How To Complete The Spellbound Quest In Dragon’s Dogma 2
Once you give Trysha all the required grimoires, head out of the house to the nearby camp and rest till the next day in Dragon's Dogma 2 to proceed with the Quest. The next day, Trysha is on a rampage and seems to be casting spells left and right while hurting everyone around her, including herself.
To safely defeat her without killing the girl, keep avoiding her spells until she becomes tired and starts to take a deep breath. Immediately approach Trysha and jump on her using the grab button to pin her down. The grandmother will thank you and ask you to visit the next day to check on Trysha.
If you kill Trysha by mistake, she can be revived using a Wakestone.
Go to the same camp and pass the time. Enter the house to find that Trysha has gotten better, and she rewards players with Conjurer's Jottings while Eini rewards the Enchanter's Almanac.
