Spread throughout Dredge' s game world, there is very little information offered as to why these figures ask and give what they do. The Pale Reach Hooded Figure

Dredge's Figure in White is found on the eastern edge of the Pale Reach. If you do not yet have the Icebreaker, you can follow the outer edge of the ice from the Bleak Pontoon. The figure is found on the outer edge, so this method may be best either way.
