There are four classes that players can choose from in Dune: Awakening, each of them drawn from the lore and history of the franchise. One of the most recognizable is the Bene Gesserit, who play an important role in the franchise and are famous for their fighting skills and mental abilities.
There are two phases to unlocking the Bene Gesserit skill tree for those who have decided to join this elusive and powerful order. The character creation process, which takes place before the character arrives on Arrakis, is the first one.
Dune Awakening: Best Bene Gesserit Skills To Unlock First
Learn which Bene Gesserit Skill to unlock first in Dune: Awakening, in order to survive Arrakis and thrive in the early game.
Character Creation Process
Three Skill Trees
When the game begins, the player is asked to make some choices about who they are and where they're from. After choosing their home planet and social class, they'll be asked to choose one of five classes. If they choose Bene Gesserit at this point, the skill tree will unlock for the class. It consists of three specializations.
The skills won't be available until the player has finished the initial part of the tutorial and starts to salvage, collect, and craft. They will have one ability available, Compel, which is related to that classic Bene Gesserit skill, the Voice. This is also the name of one of the three skill trees available for this class.
When the player reaches level 2, they get another skill point, and can continue to unlock the Voice Tree or start one of the other two: The Weirding Way, which is a combat build; or Body Control, which emphasizes the Order's power of quick healing and poison transmutation.
Players who have chosen Trooper, Swordmaster, or Mentat are still able to interact with trainers from other classes and learn their skills. Every class has skill-related quests, and they're open to everyone.
Dune Awakening: How To Get Water
Water is one of the most crucial resources in Dune Awakening that players need to survive the harsh climate of Arrakis, here's how to get & store it.
Basic Bene Gesserit Training
Finding A Trainer Is Required
Advanced training is easier to find for some classes than it is for others. Troopers can find their advanced trainer in Griffin's Reach, a trading post within the starting area, but the advanced Bene Gesserit trainer is in the northern half of the map. This area can't be reached without a speederbike, around level eight or 10. T
The exact location is called Helius Gate. Sister Mesa is waiting here, and she has the quest “The Missing Pieces,” which is available for anyone who wants to learn the Bene Gesserit arts. This starts a chain that has six parts, each of which unlocks another ability. For those who are committed to the class already, she can train the character in more advanced techniques that have already been selected.
Once the quest chain is finished, the player will be a high enough level for Advanced training, which requires more travel. It's better to take the Fast Travel option and travel by ornithopter to Harko Village.
Where to Buy and Sell Items in Dune Awakening
Here's what you need to do to trade with both NPCs and fellow players in Dune: Awakening.
Advanced Bene Gesserit Training
Time To Visit One Of Two Social Hubs
Harko Village is where players have to go for Advanced training and seek out Jocasta Cleo, who has a set of quests like her lower-level counterpart in Helius Gate. Like the name suggests, this city belongs to the Harkonnens. Stay to the right and find Jocasta on a raised part of the street. There aren't many NPCs in this part of town, so she's easy to find.
The process is similar to the one with Sister Mesa, just at a higher level. Players of other classes can finish the five quests to unlock certain abilities, while those of the Bene Gesserit class can train in more advanced techniques. The skills and abilities in the tree each have three levels, and at this point, the player can unlock the highest level of ability.
