There is a massive amount of collectibles in the third chapter of the Dying Light series called Dying Light: The Beast. In order to get all of them and collect the trophies and achievements for the game, you will need to collect all twenty-seven of the murals.
To get these murals, you need to look around each of them for the paints used to make them. While most are located in town, some are scattered around some of the other locations, including one of the most dangerous in the whole map of Dying Light: The Beast.

All Mural Locations in Dying Light: The Beast
There are a grand total of twenty-seven of these massive paintings that are all over the map, and each comes with a little explanation of the painting, too. Most of them can be found in town. Here is a map with each of the twenty-seven locations where these collectibles are needed for the Dying Light: The Beast achievement.
There are a total of sixteen in and around town, six to the north in the Industrial Park, two in the Vale, one near the entrance of the Exile's Cave, and two on the island with the Asylum. While most of these are out in the open, the final mural is in the Asylum. This means that you will not be able to get it until you have completed most of the story quests in Dying Light: The Beast.
The Asylum is off limits until you are doing Lydia's Cries Trapped In The Walls quest, where she and the doctor will ask you to head into the Asylum to get some medication that she needs to amp up Lydia's newfound telepathy powers. This is a high-level area, so you will want to make sure you have leveled up with enough The Beast XP.
There is no achievement for the murals themselves, but there is one for getting all the collectibles in the game, and the Murals count toward that. Here is the complete list of all the collectibles needed to get the Cabinet of Curiosity trophy.
