Dying Light: The Beast continues the series tradition of scavenging for crafting materials, and you'll need a lot of Wiring and Electrical Parts to craft weapon mods and other equipment. These two resources will make your life much easier in Dying Light: The Beast, so it's a good idea to stock up whenever you can.
Like most crafting materials in Dying Light: The Beast, Wiring and Electrical Parts can be found inside abandoned buildings infested with zombies. Not every location will have the items you need, however, so you'll need to plan your supply runs ahead of time. Here's where you can find Wiring and Electrical Parts in Dying Light: The Beast.

Best Wiring and Electrical Parts Locations in Dying Light: The Beast
Wiring and Electrical Parts are uncommon crafting materials that can be found in specific Dark Zones in Dying Light: The Beast. You can also obtain them by looting the bodies of slain zombies and fallen bandits, but you'll mostly find Scraps, Rags, and other common junk in their pockets instead.
While Wiring and Electrical Parts can be found inside most Dark Zones in Dying Light: The Beast, you'll have a much easier time finding them if you seek out Dark Zones that specifically list them as possible loot. You can see the primary resources in a Dark Zone by hovering over its icon on the map. If you see some cables and batteries among the loot icons, you're in luck.
Mega Store America is the best early-game Dark Zone for farming Wiring and Electrical Parts. You can find it south of the town hall in the Old Town region. You'll visit the town hall and unlock a major safe area inside during the opening hours of the game, so you don't have to get very far to reach it.
Mega Store America is filled with all sorts of goodies, but it has an exceptionally high quantity of Wiring and Electrical Parts just sitting on the shelves for you to take. Just watch out for the patrolling screaming zombie when you get there. Take him out first so he doesn't wake up the other infected sleeping inside the store. Once he's down, you can quietly deal with the other zombies and loot the building safely.
In a pinch, you can also buy Wiring and Electrical Parts from vendors throughout Castor Woods. There's a merchant in the town hall who sells every major Dying Light: The Beast crafting resource if you have the cash. You may have to complete some side quests to afford his expensive prices, however.
