Unlike some other games, the pre-order bonus for EA FC 25 is not available from the get-go, at least as far as Steam is concerned. Instead, players will need to manually claim it to get the rewards. Here is how to do it on Steam.

  • Start Steam and search for EA FC 25 in the game's library
  • Click on EA FC 25 to open the game page
  • Near the Play Button, there will be an option to redeem the pre-order bonuses
  • Once players claim the bonuses, the rewards will be available in the game.
  • If players are already in-game it is recommended that they restart the game

While this method works pretty well for PC players, several console users have also reported that they are not able to see their pre-order rewards. Some have tried logging in and out multiple times and it eventually showed up. For a few others, simply going online and playing a few games seems to have done the trick.
