The official EA Sports FC Direct Communication Twitter account also acknowledged the issues and launched an investigation into the matter.

Fortunately, the EA Sports FC developers found the cause of the server issues and fixed them, so players should be able to access Ultimate Team in EA Sports FC 25 as normally intended.
