Players who purchase the Ultimate Edition will get up to seven days of early access and can start playing on September 20. However, the Ultimate Edition doesn't include the Premium Tier as a bonus.

According to VG247, the Premium Tier in EA Sports FC 25 will be an additional reward to the free Season Pass and will only be activated once players reach a certain level. After that, as players progress, they will receive rewards from both the Free and Premium Tiers. Producer Karthik Venkateshan stated that the Free Tier in EA Sports FC 25 will be identical to its predecessor, suggesting it will be progressed only in the Ultimate Team mode. The Premium Tier, however, will be shared across the Clubs, Career, and Ultimate Team game modes.

EA Sports FC 25 Premium Tier Won't Have Exclusive Rewards

Ultimate Team design director Richard Waltz explained that players will only notice something extra in the Premium Tier compared to the Free Tier at higher levels. "There are no exclusive rewards that will mean that you have to do that," Waltz explained about the Premium Season Pass. He added that the Premium Tier will be available for purchase by spending Ultimate Team mode coins or FC Points.

EA Sports FC 24 was the first title developed by EA after ending its partnership with FIFA. Since its release in September 2023, EA has been updating EA Sports FC 24, adding new Seasons and free rewards for players who completed missions and progressed in Ultimate Team. The latest update was Season 7: Festival of Football, which added 20 players to unlock.

So far, EA hasn't announced the price of the Premium Tier for EA Sports FC 25, but more details are expected soon as the game's release approaches. EA Sports FC 25 will launch on September 27, 2024, for all major consoles and PC.
