EA Sports FC 25 looks set to be equally successful, with pre-orders thought to have gotten off to a very strong start.

Much like last year's edition, EA Sports FC 25 will have an early access period, meaning that some people will be able to start playing the game up to seven days early. To do so, they'll need to purchase the Ultimate Edition of the game, which also comes bundled with 4,600 FC Points and a bunch of other in-game goodies.

Those who pre-order the Ultimate Edition on console will be able to start playing EA Sports FC 25 on September 20 at midnight, local time, with local time being determined by the region of their PlayStation or Xbox store account. The North American PlayStation and Xbox Stores both run on Eastern time, meaning that some people in the States will be able to start playing FC 25 on the night of the 19th. PC players with early access can kick off their FC 25 experience at midnight EDT regardless of which region they're based in.

Console players who purchase the regular edition of FC 25 will be able to start playing the game at midnight on September 27, with local time again being determined by the country in which their digital storefront account is registered. PC players will all gain access at the same time regardless of where they're based: midnight EDT on September 27.
