Lucca Brughmans is an easy pick for lower-league managers who are looking for a high-potential goalkeeper who can be signed on a budget. The Genk shotstopper can jump from a 59 rating to an 82 if his talent is properly nurtured, making him a must-sign player for those in a position to give him game time. Enis Kamga and Dennis Seimen are also worth looking at, but only if a deal for Brughmans can't be done.

The Best Young Goalkeepers for a Mid-Table Team in EA FC 26 Career Mode

New Manchester United keeper Senne Lammens offers excellent growth and has the potential to become one of the best keepers in FC 26, but players will need to pay a premium in order to sign him. Maarten Vandevoordt and Rome-Jayden Owusu-Oduro offer much better value for money, although their resale value might not be quite as high as Lammens' if and when players come to cash in on them.

Just like in last year's installment, Diogo Costa offers a safe pair of hands for top-of-the-table teams looking to sign a high-potential keeper. However, the best young goalkeeper in FC 26's Career Mode is arguably Joan Garcia, with the Barcelona shot-stopper one year younger than Costa and offering a bit more potential growth. That said, either would make for an excellent signing, as too would Brighton's Chiamaka Nnadozie.
