Just as you had to do with the Water Seal in Fields of Mistria, you'll need to do the same with the Earth Seal on the 40th floor of the mines. There are four items you'll need to gather and offer to the seal to break it. You can find these items from floors 21-39.
After inspecting the Earth Seal, you'll obtain the Earth Seal Rubbing, which you can take to Juniper to translate. If you're having a hard time finding Juniper, open up your map (M-key) to track her down. To break the Earth Seal, you're going to need a Sapphire, Coral Mantis, Jade Dulse, and Archerfish.
How to Unlock the Water Seal in Fields of Mistria
To get past the 20th floor of the mines in Fields of Mistria, you'll need a couple of key items, such as a Stone Loach and a Ruby.
How to Get Archerfish in Fields of Mistria
Archerfish Location
You can get an Archerfish by fishing in the waters on floors 21-39. You may have better luck looking around floor 26/27, but the Archerfish is uncommon, so it may take a while regardless of where you're fishing. You'll want to look for medium-sized shadows in the water. Archerfish can be donated to the museum, but it's recommended you save it for the Earth Seal.

How to Get Coral Mantis in Fields of Mistria
Coral Mantis Location
Coral Mantises can be found on the lower floors of the Mines (ex: floor 38). They're a light purple/pink praying mantis, so they stick out more than most bugs you can find on these floors. Be sure you have enough stamina when you're farming for a Coral Mantis.
How to Get Jade Dulse in Fields of Mistria
Jade Dulse Location
Jade Dulse is arguably the trickiest of the Earth Seal items. It appears as a yellow/green stalk growing out of the ground. You can find the Jade Dulse on the lower floors, but you can try your luck with the higher floors such as floor 22. Jade Dulse is an artifact, but considering its rarity, put it aside for the Earth Seal.

Growth Spell
Once you break open the seal, you'll receive another Heart Crystal. When you return to your farm, you'll trigger a cutscene with Caldarus and unlock another spell. This is Growth, and as its name implies, it will advance the growth of your crops in a 3x3 square. Using this spell will consume two mana orbs. Crops hit with Growth will be ready to harvest. Thus, you should only use it on crops that continue to produce after maturing (ex, cranberries), and when planting seeds.
