Players who want to get their hands on the Ailment Talisman in Shadow of the Erdtree, must head to the Greatbridge North Site of Grace. From the Scorched Ruins, summon your Torrent and head northwest until you reach Ellac Greatbridge, but do not cross it. Instead, head further northwest, and you will soon come upon the Abandoned Ailing Village.

Upon arriving at the village, you can interact with the Site of Grace and head through the village until you reach the last rundown house. Next to the house will be a wooden platform with a corpse lying at the end of the platform. Interact with it to find the Ailment Talisman.
