Holy Damage is resisted by tons of enemies throughout the game, making it difficult to rely on this spell in many late-game areas. Additionally, this Incantation requires investment in both Intelligence and Faith to use, making it somewhat inaccessible to most builds.
All that said, Radagon's Rings of Light performs incredibly well in a build dedicated to Int and Faith and remains a powerful Incantation option for builds that can use it.
