In Elden Ring, there are two ways players can cast magic: Sorceries and Incantations. While sorceries are cast using staves, Elden Ring's incantations require sacred seals. Shadow of the Erdtree introduced three new sacred seals to the game, including the 
Spiraltree Seal, which boosts the potency of Spiral spells.
Acquiring the Spiraltree Seal is simple, but it doesn’t happen until late in Shadow of the Erdtree. Let's go through the process required to obtain the Spiratree Seal, along with providing general information on the item's requirements.

Where To Find Spiraltree Seal In Shadow Of The Erdtree
To get the Spiraltree Seal, you must first find the 
The Sacred Tower Painting, located in the Gravesite Plains. Begin from the Gravesite Plains Site of Grace, and then ride northeast, past the Scorched Ruins. You’ll even reach the end of a cliff, and then to your east will be the painting inside a cave.
Interact with the painting to complete the first part of the process.
Now, you must reach the location where this painting was painted. While this region can be reached early, solving it requires dispelling the shadow from the Spiral Tower, which happens quite late in the DLC.
As you progress through the story, you’ll eventually reach a point where you burn the Sealing Tree, and unlock the way forward to Enir-Ilim.
Once this part is done, you can return to the solution’s location to find a familiar apparition on a chair, looking at the Spiral Tower.
To reach the painting’s solution location, begin from the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace, and ride southwest through the valley, and past the two Golems. You’ll eventually find a sealed Spirit Spring that you can ride to reach a higher region.
How to Unlock the Sealed Spirit Spring
To unlock the sealed Spirit Spring, you must find and destroy a set of associated cairns. Luckily, the cairns you’re looking for are located a short distance south of the sealed Spirit Spring. Once destroyed, you must ride two Spirit Springs, one followed by the other, to reach an elevated area.
Here, ride south and towards the edge of the cliff to find the apparition. As you approach the apparition, it vanishes, leaving behind the Spiraltree Seal.

The Spiraltree Seal scales primarily with faith, and it boosts the potency of all Spiral incantations, including Spira, Golden Arcs, and Giant Golden Arc.
Like all other sacred seals, you cannot infuse the Spiraltree Seal with an Ash of War. However, you can upgrade it to +25 using Smithing Stones, and an 
Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.
