Lord's Heal Incantation is granted only to those Tarnished who are worthy of the title of Elden Lord; the spell restores a lot of health to the caster and all nearby allies. Contrary to the description of the effect, it is not very effective in PVP and barely works on Spirit Ashes, but it can be an excellent emergency heal when fighting bosses.

The good news is that Lord's Heal Incantation is relatively easy to obtain. Players only need to find Two Fingers' Prayerbook in one of the rooms of Leyndell, Royal Capital. Take it to someone who can appreciate it, and you can purchase the desired spell as a reward.

To get Lord's Heal Incantation in Elden Ring, you must find Two Fingers' Prayerbook and give it to Brother Corhyn or Miriel, Pastor of Vows. These NPCs are merchants who, in exchange for a valuable book, will open two new goods for you: Lord's Heal and Lord's Aid. Eventually, they will consider that you are worthy of learning the secrets of these spells. However, first, you should go to Leyndell, Royal Capital, and find Two Fingers' Prayerbook:

  • Once you defeat the Draconic Tree Sentinel and enter the capital through the Capital Rampart Site of Grace, go to the city center.
  • Get to the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace and take this site as your starting point.
  • On the left, you will see a passage and steps leading down. You can go down them or take a shortcut and jump out the window to the right of the steps.
  • Once you get to the bottom, go up the small steps and through the large open door in front of you.
  • Entering the building, take the first door on the left.
  • Turn right and go straight along the corridor to a room with a fireplace.
  • You can pick up Two Fingers' Prayerbook in front of the fireplace.

To find Miriel, Pastor of Vows, you should go to Liurnia of the Lakes. Head to the east coast of this region and reach the large rock plateau east of Raya Lucaria Academy. Take the Eastern Tableland Site of Grace as your starting point and follow the main road in the northwest direction until you reach the Church of Vows Site of Grace. It is where you will meet the old turtle. Give it the book, and it will offer to buy Lord's Heal Incantation for 8,000 Runes.
