The weapon is located in Caelid, so the player must make their way from Limgrave to the Smoldering Church. From the church, if you head southeast, you will be able to spot a Site of Grace next to the Shack of the Rotting.

The Sword of St. Trina is one of the few weapons in Elden Ring that has a passive effect, which causes Sleep build-up. On top of the passive effect, it also has a skill called the Mists of Slumber.
