Elden Ring Nightreign is more of a co-op rogue-like game. Yet, that didn’t stop the devs from bringing the game’s characters to life by adding a story quest for each one of them. Players can check their stories through the Journal and read through their experiences before and during their time in the Roundtable Hold.
Not only that, but each character has requirements to open more chapters in their Journal, and some of these chapters have a Remembrance Quest. Inside that Remembrance Quest, players get to travel to the past and unravel what happened with their favorite character. Here's how to unlock all chapters and the Duchess Remembrance Quest in Elden Ring Nightreign.

How To Start The Duchess Remembrance Quest In Elden Ring Nightreign
To start the Duchess Remembrance Quest in Nightreign, players have to beat Tricephalos for the first time in order to progress the story in many areas, including the Remembrance Quests from the journal. After that, make sure to play Duchess three times or more to open her chapters.
All Elden Ring Nightreign Unique Relics & Effects
There are about 40 unique relics Elden Ring Nightreign players can collect from a variety of sources.
The first chapter explains Duchess’ story and how she transformed from a righteous thief into the Honorable Priestess of the Hold. As for chapter 3, it states that Raider is looking for Duchess to tell her something. To start the Duchess’ Remembrance Quest in Nightreign, players can meet the requirements and begin this chapter’s Remembrance.
How To Complete Duchess First Remembrance (Chapter 3)
Once inside the Realm of Remembrance, talk with Raider, and he’ll explain that something is troubling him. Raider then asks Duchess to check on Wylder. Indeed, Wylder doesn’t seem fine, and Raider suggests finding something to clear his mind would help.
This will start a personal objective that players can find when clicking on the Roundtable. The objective is to find armament maintenance materials in Limveld. Starting any Expedition as Duchess will trigger the personal objective.
The armament maintenance materials are found in the south of Limveld. Reaching the objective will summon the Guardians of the Dew boss fight. If playing as a team, then players can push the objective around level three to five. On the other hand, it’s better to wait a little bit more if playing solo, to around level five to seven.
Players can still initiate the boss fight early and try to deal as much damage as possible. Even if Duchess falls, the damage to the boss will remain.
After winning the boss fight in Elden Ring Nightreign, get the Golden Dew and finish the Expedition. It doesn’t matter if Duchess wins or loses this Expedition, as she has already finished her personal objective.
When back to the Realm of Remembrance, give the Golden Dew to Wylder, and he’ll give Duchess Faded Iron Coins as a token of thanks.
Go back to Raider, and he’ll tell Duchess that Revenant is looking for her. She’s located on the western side of the Roundtable Hold.
After Duchess is done with Revenant, go back to Iron Menial and complete the journey of the first Duchess’ Remembrance in Elden Ring Nightreign.
How To Complete Duchess Second Remembrance (Chapter 5)
This Remembrance is short. Players just have to find Wylder and eat the Pita Bread he made. He’s on the western side of the Roundtable Hold, sitting in a corner alone. Once Duchess arrives, she can examine the plate in front of Wylder and eat from it. That will initiate a conversation with Wylder, who’ll offer Duchess more Pita Bread.
After finishing the conversation with Wylder, head to the dressing room to find Iron Menial standing there. Completing the second Remembrance of Duchess in Elden Ring Nightreign rewards players with the Duchess’ Chalice.
How To Complete Duchess Third Remembrance (Chapter 6)
Chapter 6 of the Duchess Remembrance Quest in Nightreign unlocks immediately after finishing her second Remembrance Quest. Once she’s in, players can find a note on the Roundtable inviting her to the shore. It’s Revenant challenging her for a duel. Defeating her will reward players with a Crown Medal.
There’s also an objective to speak with Raider at the same time, which is the main one. Players can tackle either objective in any order.
Speak to Raider to get a new personal objective for Duchess. The objective is to find the message in Limveld. Starting any Expedition as Duchess will trigger the personal objective.
The objective is located on the northeastern side of Limveld. Once Duchess reaches the area, she’ll have to defeat the Fallen Mercenaries boss fight. Similar to the first personal objective, players can tackle it early on or wait until Duchess is stronger with better equipment. Once defeated, approach the gravestone and get the Weathervane’s Words. After that, it doesn’t matter if Duchess finishes this run or not.
Once Duchess has the Weathervane’s Words, go back to Raider and speak to him one last time to complete the third Duchess Remembrance in Elden Ring Nightreign.
How To Complete Duchess Fourth Remembrance (Chapter 8)
To start the Duchess’ fourth Remembrance in Nightreign, players have to beat the final boss with her. Basically, complete the Night Aspect expedition while using Duchess. This one is also short, like the second Duchess Remembrance. Approach the Roundtable and Bless the Iron Coin, which will grant her a Blessed Iron Coin. Then, visit Iron Menial’s desk to find a note on its location. Go down to the Crypt and give it the Blessed Iron Coin.
