The challenge is worth the effort, though, as the powerful items and useful functions you can get with this new Nightreign currency aren't available anywhere else in the game. How To Get Sovereign Sigils In Nightreign

Kill Uber Nightlord Variants To Earn This New Currency

Sovereign Sigils in Nightreign are an exclusive reward from Everdark Sovereign bosses. Everdark Sovereigns are essentially souped-up variants of the game's Nightlords with new moves, enhanced stats, and sometimes even a third phase with completely new mechanics.

To say these bosses are tough is an understatement – it's highly recommended to get to Level 15 and find powerful Rare and Legendary weapons to stand a chance against an Everdark Sovereign.

Everdark Sovereign bosses rotate on a weekly schedule every Wednesday at 6 p.m. EDT. The first time you defeat an Everdark Sovereign, you will earn an initial 25x Sovereign Sigils. Every time you defeat Everdark Sovereigns after the initial one, you will be rewarded with 5x Sovereign Sigils.

You can play the current week's Everdark Sovereign expedition as many times as you like, but you will only get the boosted 25x Sovereign Sigils for completing your first. Upon expedition completion, look in the Rewards screen next to the Murk slot to see your Sovereign Sigil rewards.

What To Do With Sovereign Sigils In Nightreign

Find The New Collector's Signboard Vendor In Roundtable Hold

Once you get some Sovereign Sigils, a new vendor will unlock in Roundtable Hold. The Collector's Signboard is a table on its side that you can offer Sigils to unlock rewards. It appears on the west side of the Roundtable Hold exterior.

From the Shore, head northwest around the building and look around the corner below the ledge with a closed door to find its location. The Collector's Signboard will not appear until you defeat your first Everdark Sovereign. Once discovered, you can teleport to it from anywhere in Roundtable Hold via the map.

Interact with the Collector's Signboard and you will be presented with up to four options:

  1. View Catalog: Allows you to spend Sovereign Sigils on a variety of unique Relics, new Vessels, existing Skins, and other items (some of which are available for Murk in other locations).
    • Skin Cost: Varies, either 5x, 10x, or 20x Sovereign Sigils
    • Relic Cost: 3x Sovereign Sigils
    • Dark Night of the Baron Relic: 12x Sovereign Sigils
    • Vessel Cost: 4x Sovereign Sigils

  2. Conjure a Shift in the Earth: Allows you to summon a specific Shifting Earth event for your next few expeditions.
    • Cost: 1x Sovereign Sigil

  3. Alter Great Site of Grace: Reverts the appearance of Roundtable Hold to its "illuminated" state (how it looked before you faced the Night Aspect and darkened the hub interior).
    • Cost: 1x Sovereign Sigil, but can be swapped back and forth between appearances for free after this initial cost

  4. Give Cracked Witch's Brooch/Witch's Brooch: Only appears for players who have earned the Cracked Witch's Brooch or Witch's Brooch.
    • Cost: 3x Sovereign Sigils
