Nameless Mausoleums are a unique dungeon type in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC where, unlike most other places in the game, players don’t have to navigate a deliberately confusing path to get to the boss fight.

There are four Nameless Mausoleums to be found in the Shadow Realm, one for each cardinal direction: Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern. This guide covers all four locations, bosses, and the rewards on offer.

Western Nameless Mausoleum Location

The Western Nameless Mausoleum is the very first one players are likely to encounter in Shadow of the Erdtree. From the Gravesite Plain Site of Grace, hug the western cliff wall while heading north. The Mausoleum will be just ahead, surrounded by stone coffins and statues of gravebirds.

Northern Nameless Mausoleum Location

The Northern Nameless Mausoleum can be found atop a tall cliff in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh Base. The island it is on can only be accessed by unsealing the spiritspring south of the Rauh Ruins Map Fragment.

For players who haven’t discovered this Map Fragment, start from the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace and head north. There will be a small pond here with a Statue of Marika guarding the entrance to a secret path. Pick up the Revered Spirit Ash and continue down the path while hugging the left wall. This route leads to the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace. From here, head south and you’ll find the Map Fragment just past the two large Golems. Directly opposite of the Map Fragment will be a sealed spiritspring that can be unlocked by destroying the stacked stones just up the hill. Use the spring when it’s unsealed to reach the Northern Nameless Mausoleum.

Southern Nameless Mausoleum Location

The Southern Nameless Mausoleum can be found on a small island off the shore of the Cerulean Coast in the southernmost part of the Shadow Realm. To reach the island, players will need to go through a tunnel that goes underneath the ocean. The entrance to this tunnel is just behind the large white tree near the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace. Jump down the hole and take the left path to reach the island with the Southern Nameless Mausoleum.

Eastern Nameless Mausoleum Location

The Eastern Nameless Mausoleum can be found near a waterfall south of the Ruins of Unte. To get to this location, start from the Castle Watering Hole Site of Grace underneath the Shadow Keep. Head south, past the location of the two Furnace Golems, until reaching the Recluses’ River Upstream Site of Grace. Continue southward along the narrow rocky path until you see another Site of Grace to the left. This is the Recluses’ River Downstream.

Walk up to the edge of the cliff right next to this Site of Grace, and you’ll notice stone steps by the side of the cliff wall that lead down the waterfall below. Mount Torrent and take the steps down while staying on the side before the waterfall. Jump down and make your way southeast. There will be another smaller waterfall just ahead with the Dryleaf Dane Armor set. Pick it up and continue east to find the Eastern Nameless Mausoleum on the edge of a third waterfall.
