In Elden Ring, Mana or FP becomes an important resource for any build centered around sorceries, incantations, and weapon skills. By leveling up the Mind stat, you can increase your focus points as well as focus, which lowers the buildup of sleep and madness. However, increasing your Mind stat doesn’t help the damage of your attacks and is mostly a quality-of-life stat if you mind drinking the
Flask of Cerulean Tears frequently.
For players who don’t want to level up Mind, there are a few talismans to help maintain your FP count, like the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman. With Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, FromSoft added the FP variant of the Blessed Dew Talisman called the
Blessed Blue Dew Talisman. Instead of HP, the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman restores 2 FP every second. While this may seem too little, it is better than using
Starlight Shards when you are out of blue flasks.
Fortunately, the
Blessed Blue Dew Talisman is available in the starting region of the Shadow realm. Once you have defeated Radahn and Mohg, you can enter the world of Shadow of the Erdtree. Follow this guide to find the location of the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.

Blessed Blue Dew Talisman Location in Elden Ring DLC
The Blessed Blue Dew is an exclusive talisman available only in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. To locate the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman, head to the Church of Benediction in
Gravesite Plain. The church is on a hill to the left of the Gravesite Plain Site of Grace. However, you will need to navigate around the area to reach it. Follow these steps:
- Start at Gravesite Plain Site of Grace: Begin your journey from the Gravesite Plain site of grace and head northwest until you reach the Cliffroad Terminus site of grace.
- Head Southeast: From the Cliffroad Terminus site of grace, proceed southeast towards the cliff next to Gravesite Plain site of grace.
- Look for landmarks: Along the way, you should encounter a giant lightning ram and, in a forest, witness lightning bolts striking trees. This indicates you are on the correct path.
At the end of the cliff, you will come across a narrow ledge populated by a group of rats. Carefully follow this ledge to reach a short tunnel that cuts through the cliff. Pass through the tunnel and find the Church of Benediction directly ahead.
Tips for Navigating the Area
- Beware of the Masked Enemy: Be cautious of a strong masked enemy lurking near the tunnel's exit. This enemy has a swift attack pattern and can easily knock you off your steed, Torrent. If you're riding Torrent, quickly make your way to the church without stopping to avoid being attacked.
Finding the Talisman
Once inside the Church of Benediction, locate the statue of Marika. The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman will be lying on the ground in front of the statue, ready for you to pick up.
Blessed Blue Dew Talisman Effect
- Weight: 1.2
- Effect: Slowly restores FP
The Blessed Blue Dew Talisman is the polar opposite of the Blessed Dew Talisman. Instead of HP, it regenerates your character’s FP by two per second. As FP is the major resource for sorcerers and casters in Elden Ring, players with such builds should definitely consider getting the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman, especially those who like to partake in PVP.
In PVP fights, the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman can come in clutch when you are out of Cerulean Flasks. This situation can happen when you are going against multiple players in a single invasion, which is fairly common in Elden Ring. Instead of using a Starlight Shard in such situations, you can equip the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman.
