- Head back to the Church of Ellah and look for the merchant.

Watch for the White Gravestone Icon
Spirit Ashes can only be summoned in specific locations, and they will disappear when the player moves out of the Spirit Calling range or if a boss has been defeated.
A white gravestone icon will appear at the bottom left side of the screen, indicating Spirit Summons are available.

- Visit Roundtable Hold and speak with Roderika.
- Since the player will not be able to upgrade Spirit Ashes immediately, they will need to exhaust all available dialogue options with Roderika.
- Then visit the Blacksmith to find out more about Roderika. Convince him to mentor Roderika and then leave Roundtable Hold.
- Upon returning to Roundtable Hold, Roderika can be found near the blacksmith.
- Speak with Roderika and upgrade Spirit Ashes.
Grave Gloveworts are needed to upgrade normal Spirit Ashes, while Ghost Gloveworts are needed for renowned Spirit Ashes. Grave Gloveworts and Ghost Gloveworts can be found in catacombs.
