Crafting in Elden Ring offers players all sorts of consumables to use in combat to help cover situations not covered by their build. Boluses are common consumables players will use to counter status effects from building up or cure those already in effect.

Common crafting materials needed for these recipes are Herba or Dewkissed Herba, which are both found growing throughout the world of Elden Ring. Their locations can be few and far between, but they respawn when resting at a Site of Grace, making farming in specific locations very easy.

Where To Farm Herba In Elden Ring

Herba appears as a green plant with large leaves and a slight glow to them. Herba is often found growing throughout Limgrave or the Weeping Peninsula off the beaten path and in the forest. An easy farming location for Herba is located along the western side of Liurnia of the Lakes at The Four Belfries in Elden Ring. Starting from the Site of Grace, go left and around the far end of the nearest Belfry. There will be three Herba growing on the opposite side that can be picked and respawned easily by returning to the nearby Site of Grace.

Where To Farm Dewkissed Herba In Elden Ring

Dewkissed Herba have a similar appearance to Herba, but instead, have a bluish-green hue to them. These plants are found commonly around the Siofra River. Start from the Siofra River Bank Site Of Grace and run around the nearby water edge to find about 12 Dewkissed Herba without running into any enemies. If more are needed, rest at the Site of Grace and repeat the process as often as needed.

What To Use Herba & Dewkissed Herba For In Elden Ring

Status effects on the player can be deadly, especially in PVP in Elden Ring. Boluses give players the ability to stop the build-up of a status effect or cure one in effect, and players should often carry a large supply of each Boluse type to counter any status effect they come across.
