To add mods to Vortex, you can either download them directly from the Oblivion Remastered mods page within the app, or click "Mod Manager Download" on the "Files" tab of the download page on the website. Either way, the mod should appear in your modlist once downloaded.

With the most recent version of Vortex, your modlist should automatically re-arrange itself to the correct load order.

Once you have every mod installed, highlight the entire list, then click "deploy mods" at the top of the screen. If there aren't any conflicts, your mods should be activated.

The next time you launch Oblivion Remastered from the Vortex app or Steam, the game should automatically load your mods. You can add and remove mods as you like within Vortex, but remember to re-deploy your mod list before launching the game to activate your addons.
