Collection quests are often extremely boring and sometimes not even worth the reward, like some feather quests from one famous game series. Fortunately, Oblivion Remastered fairly rewards players for all their efforts, with The Collector quest being a great example.
At first glance, it may seem that this is one of those side quests for which you need to do the same actions for a small reward. To the contrary, you will get rich if you find all the Ayleid Statues. As such, here's a breakdown on the exact locations of all Ayleid Statues in Oblivion Remastered.
Where to Get Nightshade in Oblivion Remastered
Nightshade is a plant that grows in specific areas in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. Here is where players can find it.
How to Start The Collector Quest in Oblivion Remastered
The Collector is one of those side quests that you're more likely to trigger by accident than on purpose. This is because there are two ways to start it, and the first of which isn't entirely obvious. In short, you must bring 1 Ayleid Statue to Jollring to start The Collector quest in Oblivion Remastered.
You will find this NPC in Umbacano Manor, which is in the western part of Imperial City. He will tell you that Umbacano wants to find all the Statues and is willing to pay a good price for them.
Alternatively, you can run into Jollring in any shop where you've previously sold an Ayleid Statue. In either case, this will lead you to the quest to find all 10 Ayleid Statues.
All Ayleid Statue Locations in Oblivion Remastered
There are a total of 10 Ayleid Statues scattered throughout certain Ayleid Ruins in Oblivion Remastered. Of course, there will be enemies and traps waiting for you inside, but upon reaching the last rooms, you will find the desired Ayleid Statues you seek. To make your experience easier, all Ayleid Statue locations in Oblivion Remastered have been outlined below:
- Culotte - Located on the eastern shore of The Upper Niben, west of Cropsford.
- Fanacas - Located north of Cheydinhal.
- Mackamentain - You will find the entrance to the ruins west of Kynareth Wayshrine.
- Wenyandawik - Located northwest of Bravil.
- Vilverin - Visit the island northeast of the Imperial City Prison to find the entrance.
- Wendir - Go a little south of Chorrol to find the ruins containing the Ayleid Statue.
- Welke - The ruins are located near the Panther River in the south of the map.
- Wendelbek - You'll find the entrance to the ruins just north of the Panther River and northeast of Fort Gold-Throat.
- Moranda - Head southwest from Castle Bruma.
- Ninendava - Head north from the Moranda ruins.
